Mountain Biking at Hadleigh Farm - update

Limited access will be granted through pre booked tours only. riders of a suitable standard and those interested in walking the route of the course can apply to join guided rides and walks by emailing london2012@essex.gov.uk. Only eight weeks after the excitement of the London 2012 Mountain Bike event, the Hadleigh Farm Olympic Mountain Bike venue once again came to life.

Latest statement on Hadleigh Farm legacy progress

Now that the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games have closed The Salvation Army and Essex County Council are progressing plans to develop the site of the Hadleigh Farm Olympic Mountain Bike course in line with legacy proposals which recently received planning permission from Castle Point Borough Council.

The Olympic Mountain Biking Course is now closed

The Olympic Mountain Biking Course at Hadleigh Farm is now closed to the public. As part of Hadleigh Farm Legacy Project to be delivered in a partnership between The Salvation Army and Essex County Council, the track is set to be opened in due course. Thankyou for your patience at this present time.
