Catering Shift Supervisor - Hadleigh Tea Rooms (V07520)

Working Hours:  40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Salary: £19,344 per annum

Closing Date: 17 October 2021

 

Details: 

As a shift supervisor you will be responsible for leading the successful service at the tea rooms on a day to day basis and provide support and supervision to trainees.

We are looking for someone to lead by example with excellent customer service skills, experience in the catering / hospitality industry and a working knowledge of a training environment, who can effectively communicate at all levels and has strong leadership skills. 

To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Understanding of people with additional needs
  • Experience of working in the catering / hospitality industry and producing quality meals in a commercial setting.
  • Strong Supervision Skills and Performance Management
  • Experience using EPOS systems and card terminals
  • Desire to work in a customer facing role

Project Worker at Hadleigh Training Centre (V07548)

Working Hours:   40 hours per week 8.30am to 5.00pm (Mon-Fri)

Salary: £19,344 per annum

Details:   

As Project Worker you will be responsible for identifying, delivering and enhancing training opportunities that maximise progression outcomes and / or develop life skills who attend Hadleigh Training Centre through a personalised approach.

Training activities can include (but not limited to) preparing, cooking and serving food and drink, planting and growing flowers and vegetables, general garden maintenance and other life skills. 

To succeed in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of working within a training environment
  • Experience of developing learning support plans and/or training programmes
  • Proven experience of working with people with additional support needs
  • Strong communications skills
